A little more about Kellie…
I'm an Illinois native, but have lived in Western Washington for 17 years. I've been practicing architecture for 19 years and founded Kaiser Bower in 2018. From architecture to project management, I have a diverse skill set that provides expertise in representing owners’ needs by keeping the project on track, ensuring quality throughout construction, and preventing budget overruns or change orders. I offer a vast knowledge of the operational, logistical, and business challenges a construction project will bring, and how to work through them. I very much enjoy the early planning stages of a project and all the problem-solving that is involved. My firm is thoughtful in design while keeping value as a key focus. I believe a successful project is one that is highly functional, aesthetically pleasing, and completed within a comfortable budget.
